My seller is using this firm. Absolute shambles. Contemptuous of customers. Prospective buyers should refuse to purchase any seller who uses this firm. Seems to be the preferred solicitor for Purplebricks, whose shares have crashed. The seller says she can never speak to the people actually dealing with it, no responses from emails. Asked Purplebricks about switching but they were obstructive. From the reviews here it seems my experience is par for the course. Get a high street solicitor you can walk in and talk to. Looks like my purchase may fall through after 6 months of waiting. I am renting while waiting to buy so losing 000s.
