1 star is too good for them. Referred to by estate agent wh brown. All very dodgy as their useless as well. It took 7 months to complete house sale. Kept asking for same paperwork . Never replied to emails phone calls and kept you in the dark. Blamed the cyber attack!!! However useless before that. On day of completing we also exchanged. What a farce. Had a call to say I had to pay an indemnity insurance for something??? Didn't explain what. Still havnt got final letter of completion receipts 7 weeks later. Then got a letter from HMRC to say my stamp duty not paid. Total incompetence. Why are these people allowed to take our money. DO NOT USE.
