I contacted DC law to ask if they would respond to an email from my solicitors, as they have failed to do so.
The way that I have been spoken to by the case handler was disgusting and then to have the phone hung up on me as I was speaking is bad manners at its worst.
If I had a choice, I would not deal with this company, and keep well away.
