Not worthy of a star just had to give it to write a review. I wouldn’t just advise you not to use this firm I would beg you not too! They should not exist!! They are incompetent in every way, you are passed from person to person, consistently asked for documentation you sent to a previous case handler and tried to get us to confirm a financial statement that would leave us £113,000 short of what we were due… absolute joke of a company that has me close to a nervous breakdown. Please please please avoid these people it will be nothing but distress.
