Unfortunately, my seller is using this useless company, it is not the seller's fault, they was suggested by purple brick. Me and the seller agreed that the exchange date should be 1st August, but now is already 5th September, nothing happen, the solicitor of DC Law, never answer the phone and email. I don't know what to do now. If you are going to sell/ buy a house, DON'T use this company, it is so stressful!
