Our buyers are using DC Law. We accepted a lower off due to wanting a quick sale and the process has been anything but quick.
DC Law did not answer any calls or emails for a month. When they finally did, there were enquiries which were unrelated to the property - they clearly have no idea what they are details with - yet our solicitor answered these immediately. 2 months later and we are still waiting for their legal team review the responses!!
Avoid at all costs.
