Do not, under any circumstances be fooled into engaging with this company. It is people like this that give the conveyancing industry a bad name.
Unfortunately they are acting for my son's vendor so we had no choice. First time buyer and probate sale, so no chain at all - still can't get it right. Absolutely terrible company.
