Upon completion of my property purchase 2 1/2 years ago I am still waiting for a fee, due to the Property Maintenance Company, to be transferred to them. Emails, telephone calls and correspondence have all been ignored. The amount concerned, £181.00, was deducted in my final account with yourselves. Communication was not great during my dealings with your company and upon completion it took 7 days for the proceeds of my sale to be transferred, and that only took place because I called Head Office. I have, yet again, telephoned and left a message today 27/9/23 (was promised an Urgent call back on Monday 25/9/23 - didn’t happen) plus I have now sent a further two emails- which I expect to no avail. Maybe you might just take notice of a poor review, but the…. All in all absolutely appalling!
