We are been trying to purchase a house for 9 months. Staff do not come back to you. I have done the majority of chasing up the work myself. Had 3 different solicitors so far from the same firm and not one of them has been able to conclude any aspect. Just keep getting repeats of emails on their platform!!
Took the joy out of buying the house and not even sure as i type this that it will go through !!
