The "conveyancer" simply did not do the job. She would not answer the phone when I called. Did not respond to emails I sent. No progress updates, just totally ignored me. Eventually I made an official complaint and the manager who took over the case asked me for things that should have been dealt with months before and without which, the case awas going nowhere.
Avoid at all costs.
