I can echo a lot of the reviews below! I was recommended them by the estate agents but in terms of the most basic of customer service, they are absolutely appalling. Its makes me laugh when I leave a voicemail message and the recording says "we are helping other customers"... I was assigned a conveyancing lawyer and I literally didn't speak to her once despite leaving multiple messages which would have been very quick and simple for her to answer. The process is taking months with zero communication. I am actually really worried now that the sale will fall through as my buyer's mortgage offer runs out very soon. Noone ever picks up the phone or gets back to me. I have had the occasional random email from different people. On one occasion, one person (not my assigned solicitor) replied to me and was quite helpful for which I was eternally grateful given what I had come to expect. There have also been mistakes with names and various other things which have cost me in time and stress. I have seen some other positive reviews elsewhere but can only think they must be fake. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company!
