DC Law are the solicitors for the seller's on the property I am buying. They are absolutely awful, act in bad faith and intentionally slow the process down. Totally incompetent. This should be a simple and easy sale as there's no chain on either side and it's a probate sale. It could've have completed weeks in advance of when they arranged for completion and got around to responding to enquiries. But they continually failed to act when instructed, had to be chased for every part of the process, dragged their feet and refused to complete when requested because they didn't want to re-calculate a statement from the freeholder of the flat despite my solicitor offering to do this for them and advising on what was needed. They do not respond. They send non-answers and unsatisfactory responses to enquiries and will then put you to the bottom of the pile when you respond and follow-up. They seem to actually act out of spite and with little to no care for the money being spent in the process or the stress being caused by their inaction and unresponsiveness.
