I reported having difficulties to the team when the plugin wouldn't run. It did display a very well written error message which provided several suggestions that I was able to use for elimination. A member of the team responded quickly and ascertained which OS I was using. They did NOT try and put me off by asking for a raft of unnecessary system information. That alone was very confidence inspiring. When I experimented with the recommended buffering options, the plug-in started to work. It took a few more tries to get the optimum buffering setting in place, but now it's working perfectly with no adverse interactions with any other parts of my system. A bonus was that another plugin started working as well, which clearly had been affected by the same buffering issue. Two birds with one stone! Refreshingly good support. Top marks - gold star.
