“Well I did some research and discovered that DearVR Monitor requirements are outdated, it will now work with AMD CPUs - you're welcome. The Company should be updating their website to reflect this. I wonder how much money I have now allowed this company to generate because of this marketing oversite? I've worked with other companies such as Reallusion with insights and proof of concept to help evolve products. I'm just thankful now that it's confirmed; their requirement limitation was based on the Apple Silicon Native issue but since they introduced the ARM64 processor, it make programs that run on AMD or Intel incompatible with the Native AS structure.”

“I asked for changing an email for a registration of a Dear R plugin. I as well was asking support if it is possible to put the other registrations bought through 3th party software sales and their providers to put them all under one and the same account with the Dear Vr company (or respective other compagnies). (as only one is visible who was bought via Dear Vr). (Another one was a free plugin and a pre -verb prior to buying Exoverb who is bought and not bought with them). Out confusing through re- shuffling in and during the years of covid and hereafter by the many software and (related/other) compagnies, customers are .. They do not even answer and reply on the question asked?! Not much love involved and a bad service to all of us customers. Registered products should always be easy to retrace within our account and as well with respective compagnies and we must be able to activate them; not at least not to distress their own customers and by their (own) policies.”

“I had an issue where I could not activate my dearVR MONITOR plugin on my computer again after I´d had to reinstall the macOS of it (had run out of licenses obviously). Paul, from the support team, reached out to me within a couple of hours and solved the issue in no time being really professional and friendly. Thank you.”
