“Well I did some research and discovered that DearVR Monitor requirements are outdated, it will now work with AMD CPUs - you're welcome. The Company should be updating their website to reflect this. I wonder how much money I have now allowed this company to generate because of this marketing oversite? I've worked with other companies such as Reallusion with insights and proof of concept to help evolve products. I'm just thankful now that it's confirmed; their requirement limitation was based on the Apple Silicon Native issue but since they introduced the ARM64 processor, it make programs that run on AMD or Intel incompatible with the Native AS structure.”
“I asked for changing an email for a registration of a Dear R plugin.
I as well was asking support if it is possible to put the other registrations bought through 3th party software sales and their providers to put them all under one and the same account with the Dear Vr company (or respective other compagnies).
(as only one is visible who was bought via Dear Vr).
(Another one was a free plugin and a pre -verb prior to buying Exoverb who is bought and not bought with them).
Out confusing through re- shuffling in and during the years of covid and hereafter by the many software and (related/other) compagnies, customers are ..
They do not even answer and reply on the question asked?!
Not much love involved and a bad service to all of us customers.
Registered products should always be easy to retrace within our account and as well with respective compagnies and we must be able to activate them; not at least not to distress their own customers and by their (own) policies.”

“The next step in a "one-trick pony" show should be to release an update for Pro & Music that actually provides full 360 degree automation features of the azimuth panning. Movements made with the mouse in the sound field map should be recordable as midi information. Motion is the only thing that makes this kind of spatialization in the binaural sense (headphone listening) noticeable. Static placement of instruments in the quadrant, really doesn't do anything special unless something is moving around. Concerning marketing, you might think about getting on board with Waves.com plugins: they offer a $25USD monthly subscription fee for unlimited access to nearly 300 plugins from various manufacturers, sound designers, and mixing engineers. Before I went subscription, I purchased over 40 plugins from them at about $30USD each. Now I own ALL 300 of them for $25 / month. I fear that many independent innovators will be left to fade into obscurity as more people convert to subscription services. I can't afford to subscribe to every company that offers subscriptions, as this situation leads to absurdity very quickly. Now I need to decide who to dump and forget about. You've got great products; now you need to evolve them into being even more necessary for every engineer and musician in the world. From a consumer/novice level, I think binaral mixing is the direction to focus on. Only the movie and gaming industry is interested in total immersion, and therefore limiting your potential customer base. Most people will never do "Atmos" upgrades of their electronics and put 15 speakers all over their listening space. You need more customers using your products and using them every day in every mix.”

“I reported having difficulties to the team when the plugin wouldn't run.
It did display a very well written error message which provided several
suggestions that I was able to use for elimination.
A member of the team responded quickly and ascertained which OS I was using. They did
NOT try and put me off by asking for a raft of unnecessary system information. That
alone was very confidence inspiring.
When I experimented with the recommended buffering options, the plug-in started to work.
It took a few more tries to get the optimum buffering setting in place, but now it's
working perfectly with no adverse interactions with any other parts of my system.
A bonus was that another plugin started working as well, which clearly had been affected
by the same buffering issue. Two birds with one stone!
