I ordered a rug in good faith. I received an e mail cancelling the order due to the price being wrongly posted on their website. I would have accepted this, but the customer service person was rude and arrogant, I received no apology apart from a veiled threat of taking the price difference from my account. Very , very disappointed with the whole experience. Common courtesy goes a long way and an apology for the inconvenience would have meant a lot. I now have to wait for 5 days to get my money back for THEIR mistake. Bad form, try harder 😡
