Dear Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We do our best to ensure limited damages but unfortantely as this order was delivered using a third party courier, we can not guarantee this. We apologize for the inconvienience. We recieved your email on the 17th letting us know of the damages, and within the hour our Customer Services team ordered a replacement from the supplier. We did let you know this would take between 5-7 working days so we can get the replacement into our warehouse, check it, pack it and arrange the exchange. As we are still within the quoted timeframe, we would really appreciate it if you would amend your review rating following safe delivery of the new ginger jar. We are a small, family run company and negative reviews affect our business greatly. As always, our Customer Services team will be in touch via email with any updates to your order. “Very pleased with the fitting but very difficult to assemble the rods need to be a fraction longer as you have to unscrew the threaded inserts almost to the end in order to attach the screws as when you stand the glass at the bottom plus the rubber gromit you can only just begin to catch the thread unscrewing the threaded rods from the bars made more difficult as some were so tight that had to use grips as to to tight to tunscrew by fingers granted one end had the fitting to use a star screw driver but 5 out of the nine threaded rods had been put in with the that end in the rod not very helpful”

“The furniture and customer service received was excellent. The only negative was it was a one man delivery for a very heavy and expensive piece of furniture. Box was left in hallway and was a struggle with four of us to get it up the stairs. Definitely should have been a two man delivery, although driver was very nice.”
