Laced an Order but had a reply to say order was cancelled as product unavalaible . A couple of days later I received a text informing me of a delivery from courier which I thought was a scan but it turned out to be my order which when received the product Jinger Jar was quite badly broken poor packaging around the lid caused the damage . The process of reporting the fault was quite easy the customer service team dealt with efficiently and had quick reply and they have arranged a refund. unfortunately, was not able to have a replacement as not a a available.

Happy with the purchase but not happy with how their 3rd party handled the delivery of our purchase and went past their suggested delivery and with being away I had to wait even further!

I was looking for extra long diffusers and found exactly what I was looking for on the Decorum Interiors website. Very good quality and a good price and they look gorgeous in the pot that I purchased. I had problems with the delivery company where they damaged my order and was not delivered to me. On contacting Decorum Interiors they very quickly contacted the delivery company and got a replacement sent to me which arrived the next day and in good condition! Amazing service and will definitely be looking on the Decorum Interiors website again. Very pleased!

Fantastic service from start to finish. We received our furniture yesterday, and the process from ordering and paying, to getting the items delivered was great. The customer service team were fantastic when I called to ask a question, they called me back the same day with the answer. The furniture was delivered 3 weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery date, amazing, and the delivery driver was polite, informative and very helpful. From start to finish the experience with Decorum has been fabulous, the furniture is soooo lovely, the customer service team are great and the dispatch team are lovely also. This is the first time I have purchased from Decorum and I hope it wont be the last.

Product is good, as was delivery time and ease of ordering. But, the website is unclear on whether lamps / light bulbs are provided. Decorum were very short in their response and refused to see the issue from the customer’s perspective.

Very helpful Mgr who informed me of exact requirements for a coffee table to perfectly fit into a tricky corner lounge area. Great prompt packaging/ delivery and the table is of the highest quality and was simple to erect with just 8 screws needed.This was a gift for my wife who is delighted with this new itemThankyou

Unfortunately the product hasn’t been delivered at advertised date which was 5 days ago. I’ve sent 2 emails asking for an update on when I can expect my order but not received a reply to either. Very disappointing and now wishing I’d ordered elsewhere.

Dear Claire, Thank you for your feedback, upon looking into your order i can see that Bishopsgate Couriers had contacted you and had scheduled your delivery with you on 28th May and they had send you a text confirmation of this but unfortunately you provided an incorrect mobile telephone number with 1 extra digit, we emailed you about this but received no reply. Please could you come back to our emails as we are confused as you have said no one has responded to your emails yet Garden Trading have advised us your product is booked in with Bishopsgate Couriers and they had scheduled this with you directly. Update: Customer provided an incorrect mobile telephone number so the courier delivering on behalf of Garden Trading was not able to contact her to arrange her direct delivery. We emailed three times asking for a new mobile number for them to contact her and schedule a new delivery date - but unfortunately haven't received a reply in order to pass onto Garden Trading's courier.

Got my parcel on time...was not too satisfied with the overall look after placing the product in the room...contacted the customer service because the return process seemed a bit cofusing for me.. but got the prompt reply and it was really really helpful... Great customer service I must say!!

Arrived safely, although delivery late as item hadn't arrived in warehouse by expected date of delivery. However customer service were excellent and kept me up to date with revised delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend.
