Laced an Order but had a reply to say order was cancelled as product unavalaible . A couple of days later I received a text informing me of a delivery from courier which I thought was a scan but it turned out to be my order which when received the product Jinger Jar was quite badly broken poor packaging around the lid caused the damage . The process of reporting the fault was quite easy the customer service team dealt with efficiently and had quick reply and they have arranged a refund. unfortunately, was not able to have a replacement as not a a available.
