Excellent products but they took a long time to come

Hi Anna, Thank you for your 4 star review. I can see that you placed your order on 6th March 2024 and your estimated delivery date was 26th April 2024 but we actually delivered this 4 weeks early on 20th March 2024. These products are ordered in from Valencia, Spain so do take a little longer to arrive to the UK and then to customers after we Quality Control check. For future reference we do now hold a lot more stock of these in the UK to speed up orders to around 4-7 days now on most fragrances. Decorum Marking Team

Bought the black bobble vase. It’s gorgeous! Delivery date given 2 weeks so o was prepared for a wait but delighted when it arrived in 3 days! Very well packed and no issues.

Purchased a libra plaque at a fraction of the price Next was selling. Very pleased with item and delivery. Had to return a couple of items and found that I needed to contact to make sure everything was OK. Only get 14 days to return. Received refund no problem. Would buy from again.

Amazing products, I wish we had a store to get the diffuser that I love (Provence lavender)or a warehouse to get delivered in a few days because unfortunately there’s a delivery charge….anyway I’m still going to order from you guys 😊 THANK YOU PS. Unfortunately my reed diffuser spilled on the way here

Good communication. The lamp is stunning and I’m very pleased with my purchase. However the packaging showed signs it was not handled with much care but thankfully the lamp was well packaged inside. Obviously not a reflection of Decorum Interiors as of course they have no control over the couriers handling of the packages.

The tables i ordered were beautiful and alot bigger than expected which was better Delivery was also quicker than stated and I live in n.ireland I was very happy with everything would recommend Thankyou

I ordered a rug in good faith. I received an e mail cancelling the order due to the price being wrongly posted on their website. I would have accepted this, but the customer service person was rude and arrogant, I received no apology apart from a veiled threat of taking the price difference from my account. Very , very disappointed with the whole experience. Common courtesy goes a long way and an apology for the inconvenience would have meant a lot. I now have to wait for 5 days to get my money back for THEIR mistake. Bad form, try harder 😡

Dear Jacqui, Thank you for your feedback this evening and for taking the time to share your experience with us. It’s never our intention to come across as anything but helpful and respectful. Apologies we had to cancel your order due to a pricing order resulting in a 90% discount on a product. We do explain in our T&Cs that if there has been a pricing error we would offer A) a full refund or B) the option for customers to pay the difference. We did contact you immediately (out of hours) when your order was received and at that point were completely honest with you, we could have refunded you and told you the product was obsolete but we were truthful and explained the situation and provided a summary of our Terms & Conditions in relating to Pricing Errors. We clarify we would never take payment from a customer without consent and we don’t hold customer details in order to do so. Regarding the refund process, we are actively working to ensure it returns to your account as swiftly as possible and have advised you this would be 3-5 working days. We do appreciate your patience during this time. We do feel this review has been left unfairly as you did threaten us that you would leave a negative review if we didn’t send you the item with a 90% discount which would result in financial loss for us. We did also offer a highly competitive discount on this product - which was cheaper than anyone else is offering as an option. Best wishes, Decorum Interiors Marketing Team
