Ordered a taxi, presumed it was a card payment as that’s what I always do on the app but arrived at my destination for the driver to say I needed to pay cash. I paid cash as I thought oh I might have clicked cash payment by accident. On checking my bank they had taken a payment and charged cash as well. Contacted Delta and they say I had no proof and the driver denied taking cash. I had 3 witnesses that I payed but they wasn’t interested. I would avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off and not believed.
