“Booked a taxi the night before to take the littleun to school because of the weather as we have to walk across a 'nature reserve'!
We had to walk as it never turned up.
Booked it for 8.20am, notification came through that it was outside ready for pick up at 9.10.
Went outside to speak to driver! No one there.
Had to walk him to school, we got covered mud and drenched.
Disgraceful service.
When finally got through the customer care was abysmal. No apology just told well if we didn't use the taxi we should have cancelled it.
Disgraceful attitude, poor customer service. They knew what the booking was for, they knew the time it was booked for, but no service provided. This is the third time in the last 12 months we have used this company all for the same reason. 3 times they have done this to us.
Disgusting.
We also ha e friend who come to Liverpool svveral times a year and the hotel they stay at never recommends Delta as they have too many complaints about them.
Get trained up in customer service, be polite and actualy provide a service you promise!”
“Been a full year and I still haven't got my £55 refund from an airport run Manchester to burnley app charged my card after paying driver Cash!! , have not used them since! a whole Year full of false promises!! getting told someone will call with no follow up!! went on app and they have deleted the booking from my profile! Absolutely disgusted angry frustrated, it's a goodjob I belive in a afterlife!”
“AVOID. Unreliable and rude. Booked taxi was 20 mins late, so had to get a lift off someone as I had a train to catch. The phone line was unavailable so couldn't cancel. Then the taxi driver rang up and had a go at me, and when I tried to explain, hung up on me. Shocking service.”

“Have almost no chance of getting a cab before 9am, as most of their drivers do not bother to start until after this time and then go on to complain about not having much work and needing to work late. They need to get more drivers on early, give them incentives to do so or something, because letting them pick their own times leads to lazy workforce.”

“A very unreliable company. On Saturday we had a 90 minute appointment at a playground from which we missed more than half hour just waiting for our car. I understood that maybe they were busy and I made an appointment for our ride home 3 hours before, but guess what? I was waiting another half hour, having a 3 year old with me and being pregnant . The customer service was very bad. I called them after 10 minutes of waiting in the rain and the only thing that they were able to say was “we are very busy at the moment “ . I keep thinking what would have happened if I had to catch a flight or I had to attend another very important appointment.”
