The ordering process was smooth and the kettle arrived within the specified time frame and was exactly what I wanted - so I am happy with Diss Ironworks. HOWEVER the chosen Courier Company, APC, was awful - despite an email telling me the kettle would be delivered "next day", it didn't get delivered until nearly 48 hours later, as kettle seemed to have got stuck in various depots.
