“I was looking for a replacement Smeg coffee machine, found Diss Ironworks, never heard of them before but could not ignore their price at £30.0 less than JL. Had to be cautious but they checked out ok. Delivery a bit slower than JL but only by 2 days. Smeg arrived, well wrapped up, to my delight it was a full uk model, got what I wanted, very happy. When the need arises I will use Diss again. The Smeg itself is top end, used my last one twice a day, every day for past 8 ish years, easy to use and keep clean. However if your in a hard water area then once a year fully descale it weather it tells you to or not. My original one was accidentally destroyed, long silly story, otherwise it would still be in use.”
