I selected what I believed to be an appropriate replacement hinge for my M &S Sonoma dresser (one of mine had broken; many years old plus a house move dismantle). I got my order a little bit wrong; there are three doors (6 hinges), so I bought three pairs of what I think are called fully inset. Once receiving them and offering them up, I could see the ones I bought are good for the outer doors but I need something like a half inset on the middle door. I used my old ones for the time being. Back to the ones that were correct; the plate holes almost lined up but had to re-drill the inside of the cabinet. They fitted the door rout perfectly. The soft close element is a delight. I intend to properly replace the two on the middle door and purchase the correct hinges to do the three bottom doors, which fit the same as the uppers. All excellent including despatched and delivery.
