Had a major problem with a Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2.
The install Electrician had done a 'runner' & was non-contactable.
Although DIY Security Cameras were under no obligation to assist me in resolving the issue whatsover, as the Electrician had purchased the equipment directly -I contacted the company regardless.
Tony resolved the issue in less than 24 Hrs.
There's a rather large difference between 'Service' & 'Professionalism' & Tony is the latter - ('Top-Gun') material -IMHO.
In conclusion I'm purchasing all my future CCTV equipment from Tony.
