“I purchased a bullet camera last year, and it has worked flawlessly, delivering excellent image quality both during the day and at night. Tony was fantastic when I encountered a few issues with my account, he persisted relentlessly until everything was resolved. I truly appreciated the time and energy he dedicated to making sure things were put right. I can’t recommend DIY Security highly enough.”

“Have been dealing with DIY Security Cameras for several years now and have purchased various cameras, NVR's, alarm systems and doorbell/access system. Dealing with DIY has been fantastic and when/if problems have happened either technical, delivery, warranty or just help and advice has been done promptly and also followed up. All my dealings with Tony at DIY Security Cameras have been so far above what I've had from other online suppliers I have no hesitation is recommending DIY Security Cameras.”

“Amazing customer service. Tony helped me upgrade my NVR to the latest firmware and sent it back to me within 2 business days. But we then had issues with the cameras showing up due to networking issues. Tony helped us troubleshoot via email with very simple instructions and then provided detailed step by step to help us resolve the issue. 5 star rating. I bought the NVR and cameras back in 2016 and they still looked after us 8 years later! Will be back. Highly recommended.”

“Tony has been extremely helpful with assisting me select the correct Hikvision intercom products. I'm no security camera expert so relied on his advice to make the correct purchase. Response time was fast via the online contact function. I had approached other online companies for assistance, however they provided no information for me to feel comfortable purchasing product from them. Products were delivered quickly and on time with excellent communication throughout the ordering process. Thanks!”
