My recent experience with dpd was horrible, the driver couldn't find me home, so he just decided to leave my package on the hall where anybody could pick it up and just signed for it.
When I ve raised the issue with Dpd, the driver decided to come to my house and argue me, insisting that he did his job and that is my fault for not being home, he said that his job was to deliver the package, doesn't matter if is dropped somewhere where is not safe. Once again thank you very much Mr T Moriarty, avoid this gentleman at all cost !
