“Waited all morning even though the they said delivery between 9.30-10.30 at 2o clock I rang them to be told it was left in a safe place, I have a buzzer at our house and when I went to our gate the parcel was completely smashed up and torn open on both sides and my item because it was thrown over our gates was broken and doesnβt work. Not happy at all. Never use this company itβs really bad.”
“If I could leave less than one star I would. Once again DPD claim that they attempted to deliver a package without success when I have been waiting in the house during the delivery time given. If I knew the seller was using this company I would never purchase anything from them. There was obviously no attempt at delivering today and then you are lied to.”

“Must be the worst courier company, boxes always, always coming damaged, very often products inside also. When refused to receive the parcel courier made a note " no one home" and they delivered damaged item again next day. Customer service very rude, not helpful and doesn't care about it. Avoid if you can !!!”
“This year 2924 worst service ever. One parcel had 3 different tracking numbers. Parcels delivered to different counties. Parcels return to depots in counties far far way and no delivery attempt. Parcels Supose to be delivered together arrive separately during the day and evening in unmarked vans from different depots. Parcels tossed over the gate to land on damp grass. Not only that can take up to 3 months before they find the missing parcels they have lost. Most of the drivers are victims of bad conditions. Generally the drivers are polite and victims of rubbish employers.
On top of that useless robotic help π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£that cannot understand any language. Incompetence by management is the polite word to describe how not to run a business. The rating should be zero.”
“If I could give negative stars I would take that one and a half star rating away and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Absolutely appalling service, both the main company directors and the drivers, countless times iv had to pick up my own parcels due to their laziness and lack of common sense. Pull up outside your house, turn around and leave, 5 mins later get an email saying failed delivery, drove after them and finally got the driver for them to say they couldn't find the parcel, opened up the van and there was three boxes, THREE, in the back, and they couldn't find it. I would STRONGLY advise people to stay well clear of this company and have nothing to do with them, absolute joke of a business.”
