“Worst delivery service, the man rang me and said he was outside he was not outside and he sent the parcel back saying the contact number was incorrect. I have called them twice and used the chat service they offer, both are useless. No help at all. And still have no order? Cheers for that DPD.”
“The worst experience, always. Driver says parcel has been delivered, they attached the wrong address and a conspicuous photo of the parcel to the proof of address email, when in reality the parcel was not actually delivered to my address. After talking to customer service on the phone for hours, it was discovered that parcel was never delivered and it was still in the back of the delivery van. When they do deliver it's usually with a rude demeanour. This has happened more than once. Driver lies about delivery, causes unnecessary and extreme stress to consignee. Businesses should stop using DPD as their courier. They really should be using AN POST. An Post are more genuine and straight forward to deal with. I dread DPD deliveries. They're simply the worst. Any businesses considering couriers, please just use An Post. I'm stressed out writing this because here I am experiencing another horrible let down by DPD, once again.”

Granted the company themselves are initially slow, but there is 8 days belonging to DPD.
I assume the stall in local depots is because they are picking a day in the week for a certain area, miss that day,tough start waiting.
