“Although delivery was particularly accurate within the time-frame of which it stated it will be delivered, The delivery service itself proves to be nonchalant and incompetent when delivering to the STATED address. I was informed my delivery will be inbound for the 30th so i woke up early enough to ensure i wouldn't miss it, I waited for hours until I eventually called to clarify if there was a delay, come to find out the delivery driver wasn't bothered enough to make the delivery my my address and instead handed off the package to some "neighbour" down the bloody road i have personally never met without even informing me about the supposed change of plans, and probably would have NEVER informed me the recipient about the inaccurate delivery to some random "Neighbour". Despite this the two stars represent the decent customer service I received when handling the issue and the adequate delivery speed of the package.”
“Almost with every delivery there is an issue.
The latest: they claimed an attempt at delivering an item ,but didn't found anyone at home.
Complete lie. Was home at the time they pretend-tried to deliver.
It's getting really ridiculous for a company this size to keep having issues and look for excuses not to do what their suppose to do.”
“Over last few months have had numerous problems with this company... Parcels sent back to company with no attempt even made to deliver.. told delivered when had not been.. delivered to the wrong address.. package left on wall in rain though always somebody in home to answer door.. Used to be a reliable service Now a joke.. they are now understaffed and drivers are underpaid. This is being taken out on customer's who are paying for a service they no longer can properly provide. Company's paying for this courier service should be made aware”
“Yes very very annoyed with DPD. I got text saying parcel to be delived 8.30 9.30 at 10am decided to track and said parcel delivered . I phoned DPD roscommon lasy very nice said contact driver he told me where he delivered parcel to not near my area at all. Eventually I collected parcel from where driver delivered .I felt so sorry for that Driver as the night staff who actually sirt deliveries for drivers put in the wrong information. They should be held accountable, surprised at Paul Byron shoes using such an incompetent company as they are really good at their online orders.”
