“DPD the company are not customer focused. They give no options to working people who are not at home during the day. All their delivery systems are set up to suit the company and not the company. I will not be buying from companies that use them for deliveries.”

“Delivered parcel to wrong address, had to recover it myself, dpd did not offer any refund. Next week another delivery gets missed, supposed to be delivered the next day but driver screws up, gets held at the depot, can’t do a thing about it until Monday. Have to get it myself again.”
“It gets worse and worse with this bunch! I moved from Edinburgh and DPD were fantastic so what’s different in Ireland. Firstly when you ask to change delivery day they ignore you and deliver on the original date, this has happened twice. Secondly I then one parcel was en route to Castlereagh for 4 days ! And finally the old “we tried to deliver nonsense” no you didn’t I didn’t get the text to say it was out for delivery as normal and I was home. When the standard 5:30pm we tried to deliver text comes through it tells you to put the calling card number in - of course there was no calling card because you didn’t call. Your customer service isn’t online at the weekend 😂 give up on DPD Ireland you can’t do it !”
“The customer service is terrible. I can’t arrange pick up from my location, so I decided to go to their spot. They told me they work, the next day they told me the other thing - they could not send my parcel, even though I booked an order! What the hell is that?”
“Overall unreliable and dreadful customer care. I sent an important gift abroad, they returned it in error. I asked if I could collect the large box myself from the depot so as the item would not get damaged in the rain. Came home last night to find the damp box dumped at my front door.
Never using them again.....”
“Would give zero stars if choice was there.Some neck calling themselves a delivery company never once had a parcel handed to me personally.Should rename themselves dump and run.When I have confronted drivers I found their attitude apalling”

“Absolute joke of a delivery company, Moved into a new place so ordering things to get setup. Dealing with 3 other delivery services with no issues, DPD are the only company that refuses to even attempt to deliver the package, customer support is a 404 error. Please avoid at all costs if you are able”
“Two text messages saying they tried to deliver. We were home both times and have CCTV at the front gate. No sign of them. Always seem to get failed delivery texts at 5.30pm. I suspect they fall behind and just sit in their van and mark deliveries as failed attempts. Worst delivery company in Ireland”

“How is it that an international shipment arrives in Limerick, 50 km away from me, I receive an e-mail that I will receive it today, nobody shows up, and a week later on the tracking website it turns out that it has been returned to the sender.”
