This is most probably the most useless courier company in the world........... the live chat is by far the most useless people i have ever dealt with (uptal). called and spoke to people delivery was promised nothing happened . called next day was told it was incorrectly routed same as previous 2 days. how can not one person fix a small issues like that??? will never ever recommend or use them for myself .
