Well my parcel 2as pick up in dublin on the 9th for delivery in Portugal. On the 25th no parcel orvemailntobsayvwhybit was delayed as I was told it would be here by 21st. Your customer agent insisted it hadn't been pick up 5 mins layer a driver from dpd delivered it ( he was very pleasant). Un like your staff else where. When I went to open saidvparcel I noticed it had sat in athlone for 5/6days. But none of your agents could find it. I'm very sorry to say but I will not use this company again
