The Delivery driver pretended not to be able to locate me (we get weekly deliveries with DPD, Eir code is also on the parcel). I called but hung up as soon as I answered and did not answer when called back immediately.
Website chat throws error messages if you want to talk to a human instead of the useless defelection bot, sent us an email does also not work (tried in several browsers) and at the depot noone picks up and no AM is set up.
This is absolutely unacceptable.
