Parcel sent with dpd to Germany was not delivered, we were told drlivery address did not exist although they had delivered to it on 2 other occasions. Requested refund and given another company to claim back from seemingly a 3rd party, wasnt aware of this. Item still not returned to me either. I wont be using them again.
