My order was to arrive today between 6 and 7pm. I was at home.
6.43 I got a text to state that dpd failed to deliver my parcel as I was not at home. Even though I was at home waiting on them. I did not see a van or any other transport outside my house.
They should have had my mobile number to contact me but I think they could not be bothered. I pay delivery charges and not happy
I cancelled plans all for a no show! Very disappointed!
