Package delivered to the wrong address, when rang customer service I was met with smart comments and how it was basically my fault, and I would have to follow up with the company I purchased the item. Was told the address on the parcel wasnt enough for the driver to find the correct house, was told there was no eircode, which there was when I eventually got it. Rude customer service team that don't have a clue how to speak with customers. Package also stated that it had been delivered and signed for, which is a lie when it was left at the wrong address and was not signed for by anyone. Eventually I got through to the depot, spoke with a nicer team member who sorted it out in minutes.
