My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, when I contacted them they sent a picture of a door which wasn't mine. I sent a photo of my door and never got an answer back despite numerous emails. I contacted DPD in Athlone and was told my parcel was located to 7 minutes away but they couldn't guarantee delivery, subsequent contacts to dpd told me to claim from the company where I purchased the item,i questioned why because they weren't the ones who lost the item,after 2 frustrating weeks of trying to contact dpd my parcel was delivered. Appalling service
