Extremely poor customer service, customer care as well as a terrible delivery experience. While delivering a package yesterday the driver called me to notify me of the delivery. I thanked him and asked him to leave the package at DPD depot because I wasn’t home and I will pick it up from the depot. The next day the driver without calling me just left the package in the common area of the building where more than 400 residents live and have access to. Someone from the workers doing the renovations must have put it inside and now I can’t get my package which is DPDs fault for leaving it where others can reach it.
