I found that your final inspection of product needs to be improved. Although you replaced the defected product,which I did appreciate, they should never have been allowed to have sent out.
To me it seemed that they had been packed some considerable time before and no further inspection had been made before dispatch.
If it fits into your production line perhaps products should not kept for more that 2 weeks before dispatching after been put into their packaging.
