Of six dahlias, four looked strong and healthy and I look forward to them performing well later in the year. But two (the Pooh variety) were quite significantly damaged with more "fingers" broken off than remained attached to the main tuber. I have potted up the tubers but they are pretty thin and I'm not hopeful for vigorous plants. Disappointing as they were not cheap.
