I have been a customer of dvdfab for years and in the last 2 days I have found that they have erased my purchases and registration information from my account. When I open dvdfab the interface opens with the trail version where I have to purchase them again and they will not answer any of my emails, apparently there lifetime warrantly has changed. Before u buy dvdfab go on line and read peoples reviews because it is happening to alot of customers who had been with them for years
