Great experience overall !
I had some issues with my ESIM. Came back to the UK and explained what happened to Easysim. Easysim were extremely prompt and polite with replying to my emails and issued a refund. They advised that they could have helped if I had contacted them when I was out of the country, so please try that should you have issues yourself.
I will definitely give them a try next time around as their customer service was excellent and they were true to their word on the no quibble guarantee
