easySim provides low-cost, prepaid travel eSIMs, which will cut the cost of using your mobile phone when you travel abroad in over 150 countries. No more dodgy WiFi or messing around with fiddly sim cards.
“I recently used Easy Sim's travel eSIM for roaming data in Europe, specifically in France and Italy. *Hands down, it was the best travel eSIM experience I've had!* Using a single package for both countries was not only convenient but also *significantly cheaper* compared to other options.
What truly stood out about Easy Sim was their *exceptional customer support*. When my network stopped working due to a settings issue on my phone, I reached out to them via WhatsApp, and *they jumped in immediately* to resolve the problem. Someone from their team fixed the issue right away, ensuring I was back online without any hassle.
If you're planning a vacation and want to stay connected without worrying about internet hassles, I highly recommend Easy Sim.
I'm sharing this review purely from a good experience.”
“This is the first time I’ve used an eSIM and it was at the suggestion of a friend. I found it easy to load and it worked immediately when I landed on holiday. I like I could see my usage during the time I was away.”
“Simply the easiest company I've worked with for providing a SIM for roaming easily when travelling abroad. Any questions/issues I had (which were few) were answered promptly and effectively. When I had to purchase additional top-up SIM due to exceeding my planned usage, the system simply automatically added it to my account and it took over once the original one was exhausted with zero interaction on my side.”
“My friend and I both purchased this exact same e-sim. She was on her social media and phone constantly whereas I was barely on mine with the roaming switched off but I ended up having to buy a further two tops whilst I was away and she didn’t have to so it really made no sense at all.”
Hi Stephanie,
Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry to hear about your frustration with the amount of data you used during your trip.
I can completely understand why it would seem confusing if you and your friend purchased the same eSIM, travelled together, and yet had very different data usage.
What many travellers don’t realise is that data consumption can vary significantly between devices, even when they're used in similar ways. Settings such as Wi-Fi Assist (which automatically switches to mobile data when Wi-Fi is weak), cloud photo backups, app updates, background app refresh, and backups over mobile data can all use data without it being immediately obvious.
We’d be more than happy to take a closer look and help you review your device settings before your next trip to make sure you're getting the most from your data allowance.
I’ll reach out to you directly to learn a little more about your experience and see if we can help.
Safe travels,
Jim @ easySim
“Easy process start to finish.
Install was straightforward on Android and no problems with coverage and Internet in Massachusetts.
Roaming on Smarty home SIM is very expensive in comparison.
Much less faff and cheaper than acquiring a local SIM too.”
“Data had a good speed when available.
But it was not available in the Luton airport, both after purchasing the eSIM and before leaving, when I was in the airport.
Not happy with my purchase.”
Hi Ioana,
Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
I’m pleased to hear that you were happy with the speed of the connection when it was available, but I completely understand your frustration at not being able to connect when you needed it at Luton Airport.
We would really like to understand more about what happened, as airports are typically well-served by mobile networks and connection issues can sometimes be related to network selection or device settings. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any support requests from you at the time, so we weren’t aware of the issue and didn’t have the opportunity to investigate it for you.
We’ll reach out to you directly to learn more about your experience and see how we can help.
Safe travels,
Jim @ easySim
