“It was easy to set up and I only had a problem on one day when my daughter was using it as a hot spot and it stopped working, so we took care for the rest of the holiday.
I was a bit upset because I had purchased a 7 day eSim.
Because of my flight times, I knew that I would be there for slightly over 7 days, so I purchased an additional 3 day eSim, just in case of delays.
I received a message to say it had been added on but at the end of the 7 days, I received repeated text messages (about 30, before I decided to switch the eSim off). I was really distressed by this and worried that I would be charged or the the 3 day eSim didn't work.”
