I preloaded my Turkish eSim, activated in Istanbul but no connectivity, very annoying when I needed it at airport. Got wife and WhatsApp eSim, and to evidence what I had done by sending screenshot etc, verrrry time consuming and patronising... eSim started working... funny that!!!?? During stay in Turkey found signal dropped out several times a day, My friends on same network did have connectivity. All in all was a very unreliable service.

Having reviewed your account and our support history, I would like to clarify a few points.
This is the only review we have received from you, and this is also the only purchase associated with your easySim account.
Prior to your trip, you contacted us with some pre-sales questions on 13 May and we responded immediately. You then purchased your Turkey eSIM.
When you arrived in Turkey on 17 May and experienced difficulty connecting, you contacted us via WhatsApp at 19:21 GMT. We replied straight away and asked for screenshots so we could check your device settings. Once you provided those screenshots, we identified that your phone was set to prefer 3G rather than 4G/LTE. After we suggested changing this setting, you confirmed at 19:52 GMT that the eSIM was working correctly.
We're pleased that we were able to get you connected within a short period of time.
You mention experiencing further connectivity issues during your stay. Unfortunately, no further support requests were received from you after our initial conversation, so we were not aware that you continued to experience problems. Had you contacted us again, we would have been very happy to investigate and assist further.
