Hi Abdelmajid, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience, as we want every customer to get the service they paid for. I’ve checked your eSIM and can see that 1.6GB of data was successfully transferred from your 3GB allowance - over 50%. While I appreciate that this may not have been your experience throughout your trip, this indicates that the eSIM was connecting and providing data. Our Spain eSIMs have access to four local networks, three of which offer 5G connectivity, giving customers a choice of networks for coverage and performance. If you experienced problems with the connection, we would have welcomed the opportunity to help. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a support request from you, so we weren’t able to investigate or try to resolve any issues while you were travelling. “Your product not only did not work when I arrived in Portgual on Sept 1 but your customer service could not assist in correcting the issue...I have contacted my bank and disputed your charge. I was forced to purchase another esim from my cell phone provider that did work first time!!!!”

Hi James, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry you experienced difficulties when you first arrived in Portugal, and I understand how frustrating that must have been when you were expecting to be connected immediately. I have reviewed your support conversation and our support records, and I would like to clarify what happened. You contacted us when you arrived in Portugal and our support team worked with you to install and activate the eSIM. This was resolved within around 10 minutes. Our records also show that the eSIM subsequently transferred approximately 50% of the 20GB Europe bundle, which indicates that the service was active and data was being used during your trip. I’m therefore sorry to see the experience described as though the issue could not be resolved by our customer service team. We were able to get the eSIM working with you, although I appreciate that having an issue on arrival was frustrating and that you ultimately chose to purchase another eSIM as well. We’ll contact you directly as we’d like to understand whether there was anything else during your trip that didn’t meet your expectations and see if there is anything further we can do to put this right.
