I can also see you did not ask us for help which is a real shame! I am sure we would have got you connected in minutes - it is generally just a small tweak to settings like switching ON data roaming.

“The onboarding journey was a little bit complex and the UI was a little bit clunky. The product worked fine in UAE which is the most important thing but I couldn't access the website or app whilst I was away, it seemed to be blocked in UAE so I couldn't check how much data I had used. There should be another way I can check in this instance. Also this meant if I wanted to I couldn't top up my data package so potentially missed revenue for easySim.”
