“I found this eSIM option very easy to install and have no issue to use my roaming data through this service, the only issue was the left over data can’t be used to my onward journey to another country - otherwise I discovered this easySim very useful rather using any physical SIM cards. Hassle free at all.”

Hi Sally, Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t able to get your easySim connected in Turkey. I’ve checked your eSIM and can see that only a very small amount of data was transferred, which suggests the eSIM wasn’t connecting as it should. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a support request from you while you were travelling, so we didn’t have the opportunity to check your device settings or investigate the connection at the time. We’d really like to understand a little more about what happened and see if we can put this right for you. We’ll contact you directly, and we’re also happy to offer you a refund for the eSIM. “3 cheers for easysim!!! 🎉 I have used Easysim a few times with no trouble at all. On this occasion (I'm currently in Mexico) I could not get the esim to work. I reached out to the live chat with very little faith that it would serve it's purpose. I am happy to say that I was so wrong - I had the lovely Safia who was so patient with me and literally held my hand to the perfect resolution. I really experienced true customer service today courtesy of Safia!! Easysim - please look after her as she is a credit to the company!! I've looked at loads of different esim providers but Easysim seem to always satisfy my need for a great price point!! Recommended!!”
