I can see you purchased a 10GB Canary Islands data bundle for £11.99 and used all the data so I can only assume your eSIM did work.
I have checked our support platform and I cannot see any help request from you which is a shame - I am sure we could have overcome any connectivity issues you were experiencing. We have many providers and back up options for our customers in the unlikely event of a local outage.

“One of cheapest to buy. Email with QR code. Couldn't read the code direct (my phone problem) so screen shot and read OK. Downloaded the e-SIM . Dead easy!
As I neared the coast France I activated and adjusted my phone to give it priority.
It worked faultlessly giving me 5g data. Will certainly use again for short trips.
