I can see you purchased a 10GB Canary Islands data bundle for £11.99 and used all the data so I can only assume your eSIM did work.

Our eSIM can ONLY consume data if the device it is installed on requests data. I can see you purchased a 1GB data bundle for £2.54 and you consumed that in just a few hours. “Unfortunately the experience with easySim during my most recent trip was very poor. I purchased mobile data for Serbia and while I had no service so had to resort to pay my regular service provider for roaming. “I bought the easy sim as I was going on a family holiday. I purchased and paid for it before we arrived in Turkey but it NEVER worked for the whole two weeks we were there. As a result I wasn't able to use my phone to contact family in case of emergency. We as a family of 5 ALL purchased a sim from you and were left disappointed.
