Unfortunately the experience with easySim during my most recent trip was very poor. I purchased mobile data for Serbia and while I had no service so had to resort to pay my regular service provider for roaming. I had good service experience with easySim in the US but the inconsistency in the service has put me off from using it again

Hi Iliana, thank you for your review. I am pleased our service worked well for you in in the USA. I have checked your eSIM and you did not choose easySim for data while you were in Serbia. I cannot see a support case for you which is a shame because we could have helped you in minutes. We encourage all customers to ask for help and we have a 'Help' button when you are signed in to my.easysim.global. I bought the easy sim as I was going on a family holiday. I purchased and paid for it before we arrived in Turkey but it NEVER worked for the whole two weeks we were there. As a result I wasn't able to use my phone to contact family in case of emergency. We as a family of 5 ALL purchased a sim from you and were left disappointed. We checked with your company that it would work in the area we were staying and were informed it did . I WOULDN'T recommend your sim to ANYONE as a result. I would also like a full refund for my whole family.

I can also see that you used data in Turkey so I am confused why you suggest our eSIM did not work for you. Turkey is in our top destinations and we have thousands of customers that have used our service there without issue as you can see from our overwhelmingly positive reviews. I bought easy sim so that I could save money while abroad. I followed the instructions and my family members bought the sim too. It did not w9rk all holiday until it kicked into action on the bus on the way back to the airport!

No 3G 4G or 5G at all throughout our stay in south, mid and northern Vietnam Mostly on LTE But a lot of the time no wifi/data at all. Will return to Airalo who we have successfully used previously

Bought EasySim for use in Mexico and received a messege to say that problem with sim… sim started to work as soon as I landed back in the UK… followed all instructions but complete waste of money… EasySim have since advised that they would have loved to have helped but without any internet connection after leaving the airport that would not have been possible…

Network coverage available for the country I purchased the sim for was advertised at 4G however I couldn’t get anything quicker than 3G. Disappointing.

I bought for 10 euro a bundel but it was not possible to install it in my phone. Make use of the newest Oppo. Very poor!

You did not let us know you had an issue but we cannot see any problems with your eSIM. When I arrived in Singapore I couldn’t get the easysim to work at all. After trying for 2 days I deleted it. Very disappointed and certainly won’t buy again

Nothing ",easy" about it. Can't scan code , wouldn't allow me to activate, complete waste of money. Worse than than that, because it would NOT work I ended up with £196 roaming charges!

Hi Jenna, we are sorry you did not have a great experience. I can see that you did not use your data bundle for Italy so I will process a refund right now. We have 000's of customers using our service in Italy without problem, so there must be an issue with your phone. We do not have record of you contacting our support, so we did not have the opportunity to assist you. I would be happy to give you a new data bundle and with the help of our support, you can test it and have it working for when you next travel, let us know.

Hi Tom, we are sorry you did not have a great experience. I have checked your eSIM and I can see you used 84% of your data. I have also checked and I cannot see any support cases for you. It's a shame you did not contact our support where I am sure we could have helped with any connectivity issues. I will raise a support case with our network partners and ask them to investigate. Regarding price, we regularly check our prices to ensure we are competitive, so I am not sure what you are using as a comparison.
