I bought the easy sim as I was going on a family holiday. I purchased and paid for it before we arrived in Turkey but it NEVER worked for the whole two weeks we were there. As a result I wasn't able to use my phone to contact family in case of emergency. We as a family of 5 ALL purchased a sim from you and were left disappointed. We checked with your company that it would work in the area we were staying and were informed it did . I WOULDN'T recommend your sim to ANYONE as a result. I would also like a full refund for my whole family.
