Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive. All I need is to be able to recieve 2FA SMSs. Do better with more realistic prices and I might come back. Only then can I give you above 3 stars.

The SIM was not working in Turkey, and that is ok, if information about this was available. Instead, tha SIM was mimiking connection up to 3G, but with no internet.

Hi Aleksandar, Thank you for your review and I am disappointed to hear you did not have a great experience. It is also very confusing for a couple of reasons: 1) Turkey is our number one destination and we have thousands of very happy customers that have used, and our using our eSIMs right now. 2) You used over 50% of your data and I can see you did that on 4G and 5G so I am not sure what you mean by 'no internet'. I have also checked our support platform and I cannot see any help requests from you which is a real shame. Installation was not as clear as suggested. Following their suggested process on a Samsung Galaxy S24+, the sim was activated a day earlier than intended. There was no obvious explanation of how to start using it: since it was a Spanish SIM, I assumed I needed to indicate that I was using it only in the region, but I discovered by accident that I needed to indicate use abroad; this could have been explained more clearly. Also, I was not aware that the SIM covered data only; perhaps this was communicated, but I was under the impression I would be able to send texts or make phone calls, but I was limited to data only. In the end, I was able to use it, but the data allowance was so low that I used it only as a backup when I couldn't connect to WiFi, which was not ideal.

Was great when finally got it working, but definitely nott straght forward to set up. Needs to be made easier to set up as needed to ask someone who was a comms engineer to be able to use it. Would not have been able to otherwise.

Good value and easy to use but the website was AWFUL. Both my friend and I spend most of the week trying to access the website while we were away to check out usage without any success.

I had big problems when I arrived in China with the eSIM as it didn’t work for 3 days in Chongqing and only came live after 4 days on the high speed train then worked fine for 8days then stopped working in Hong Kong for another 3 days. When I got home I had to have my phone completely re looked at the eSIM had blocked my phone calls and all messages So wouldn’t recommend to use

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. Our China eSIM works in mainland China only and does not provide coverage in Hong Kong, which requires a different data bundle. It also sounds like there may have been a simple phone setting causing the initial connection problem in Chongqing — something we could have helped fix quickly if we’d known you were having trouble. I have checked and I can see you asked for help installing your eSIM but you did not contact us after that which is a shame! Purchase and set-up were straightforward, but quality of data whilst in Greece was mediocre at best. Extremely slow internet connection suitable for only basic functions.

I couldn’t get my phone to receive calls using the eSIM. I had internet access which was good but needs to be easier to set up and use for phone calls

It was great for roaming data, however i was unable to make calls using the eSim, so not sure what was wrong.

We got one a few days before we went away it was ready for us to use as soon as we had landed which was great. Later in the week we needed to purchase a new one as we were running low, but we never received the eSIM to put into our phone settings

We added the data to your existing eSIM and you didn't need to do anything - it's easy! :) As it happens, you did not use all of the first data bundle and as a result, the top up was not used. Hi Isa, Thank you for your review and we are disappointed you found it tricky. I can see you purchased a data bundle for Northern Cyprus and used all the data. You then purchased a top up and we added the purchase to your existing eSIM. You DID NOT have to reinstall your eSIM - it was already installed. Didn’t seem to have the coverage I was expecting otherwise the service and helpline were excellent when setting up and as a 70 year old it was a basic requirement. And admittedly I didn’t contact them when away to try and sort any coverage issues as they have informed me that they may have been able to improve my experience

The internet connection was very poor. For most of the time there was no connection. This esim is the worst of all the esim I have used. I dont think I will buy another esim from your company.

We do try very hard to make that clear on our website and our main header reads "Cheap Global eSIM Data Roaming Packages". However, your can send and receive calls and messages using apps like WhatsApp and Facetime as these use data. I hope that helps and we do hope to see you onboard again soon. Purchased easy sim prior to a trip to Portugal. I received a confirmation email and assumed I was good to go. 2 days into my trip I received a text to say the easy sim was active. After my trip I discovered I had incurred charges for roaming as it took easy sim 4 days to activate. Doubt I’ll use this again.

Hi David, thank you for your review and we are disappointed to hear you did not have the best experience. I can see you selected your eSIM for Mobile Data on the 23rd of February and that is when you started using data. Your eSIM was active throughout your stay in Portugal from the 23rd. We do recommend you switch off your Primary SIM while travelling and if you had done that, your home network provider could NOT charge you for roaming.
