Update. So after speaking to customer service I'm upgrading to a 3 star review. They are definitely one of the easiest to buy from and their customer service is very good. I would recommend downloading a guide before you travel though in case you have issues using it.
So it was easy to buy. Setting it up was a painful experience. Setting it up on instructions provided by easysim was difficult as the qr code they provided wouldn't scan properly due to its shape. However I was able to get past all those and set it up.
