I’ve checked your order and can see the eSIM was activated on the 30th of December and the full 1GB data allowance was used within two days, which suggests the eSIM was connecting and actively transferring data during that time.

Thank you for leaving a review and I am sorry you did not have the best experience. I can see you installed your eSIM but did not activate it once you reached your destination. I can also see you did not ask us for help which is a real shame! I am sure we would have got you connected in minutes - it is generally just a small tweak to settings like switching ON data roaming.
