The SIM is convenient and easy to use when abroad, the only issue which makes no sense to me, is that you ask users to scan a QR code in order to set up/ activate the SIM. Each time I've bought an easySIM I've done so on my mobile device, as it's the last thing I think of when travelling. If I'm purchasing the SIM with my mobile, how am I expected to scan a QR code with said mobile. The manual installation instructions do not work on my Android device (Google Pixel) and each time I've had to rely on the help of strangers in a new country, by sending them a screenshot of the QR code and scanning it from their phones. As you can imagine, this is not very convenient, especially in a country where you don't speak the local language. It would be helpful to find a better solution.
