Very easy to get my e-sim, however due to some glitch on my phone the e-sim activated immediately although I didn't need it for a few weeks. After contacting easySim they investigated the issue and gave me a new e-sim for no extra cost. I will definitely use them again but will buy the e-sim the day before I travel just in case the same thing happens again. Would be good if they had an app as well.
